Peacefully on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Fenelon Court Long Term Care in Fenelon Falls with her daughter at her side. Beloved wife of the late Hugh 'Mitch' Hepburn (2003). Much loved mother of Chris Hepburn and Kathryn (Lorne) Linden. Blanche is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Helen Baldwin, Donna Des Lauriers and Bev (Bob) Wood; sister-in-laws, Jane Crews and Margaret Hannivan; and will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents Norman and Elva Hannivan; her brothers, Gord Hannivan, Wiley Hannivan, Jack Hannivan; and her sisters Joan Whalen and Margaret Richardson. The family wishes to thank all of those neighbours and friends who enabled her to live in her own home for 62 years. A special note of thanks to all the staff of Fenelon Court Long Term Care for their kindness, sensitivity and gentle, loving care.

Reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation on Monday, December 21, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls, 705-887-3130. A private family funeral service will take place on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at St. James Anglican Church with Rev. James Merrett officiating. Interment will follow at Fenelon Falls Cemetery in the Hepburn Family Plot. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or The Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
