I had the great pleasure of having Vic as one of my patrol sergeants at 54 Division. A clever, caring and compassionate leader. No doubt that he knew his stuff and was willing to share. As a new goalie who had not daunt the pads in years, Vic gave me reassurance and the confidence to play. So much praise for our 2-0 shutout of the R.I.B. team.
