Peacefully on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. Aaron Penwell of Fenelon Falls and formerly of Toronto was in his 98th year. Beloved husband of the late Mildred Penwell (2001). Aaron is pre-deceased by his brothers and sisters; Edith Price, Wilson Penwell, Edward Penwell and Rose Penwell but leaves many nieces and nephews. Dear uncle of Lynn and her husband Neil Simms of Falls River, Nova Scotia; Jim Penwell and his wife Denise of Beaverbank, Nova Scotia; Sandra and her husband Bob Smith of Hebron, Kentucky; Cindi Penwell and her husband Darrell of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia:Joanne Penwell of Moncton, New Brunswick and Kathy and Jeff Adey of St. John's, Newfoundland. Great-uncle of Victoria, Nathan, Edward, Richard, William, Derek, Kara, Stephanie, Noah and Joshua. Aaron will always be fondly remembered his sister-in-law, Beryl and her husband Steve Elrick and his dear friends, Evelyn and Dave Budgell of Bobcaygeon and Judy and Brian Rose of Hamilton. Many thanks to the staff at Kawartha Retirement Suites in Bobcaygeon for making his last months memorable and comfortable as his transitioned out of his home and into yours.
