Moore, Betty Jean....went to be with her Lord after a brief but painful battle with illness. Jean was in her 95th year, born in Veralum township to Henry and Katherine Elliott. She was predeceased by her siblings, Dorothy, Helen and Jack. Jean will be fondly remembered by her only son Scott (Diane), her grandsons Chris (Jennifer) and David(Michelle) and her great granddaughter Isla. She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews, her great nieces and nephews, as well as many friends in the community. Jean was involved in her community, especially in her church and in the local curling rink. In later years she enjoyed watching baseball, curling and politics.Sincere thanks to the caring, dedicated staff at Case Manor. There will be a spring interment at Fenelon Falls Cemetery. No celebration is planned.
