Passed away at Ross Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Beloved wife of the late William Braniff, predeased by sons Patrick and David, survived by children Robert, Donna, Deb, Richard, and many grand and great grand kids. Claire is a Veteran of the RCAF Women's Division and served from 1942 to 1945. Claire and William lived on Balsam Lake since the 1960s and enjoyed all the things the area offered, Claire also loved her gardens and they were enjoyed by the many passer-bys. Memorial donations may be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Wing. A memorial service will be held for family and close friends at a later date.
