Condolence: Barry and I have just learned of the passing of Claire and we were very sad to hear the news. We spoke with her when we left for the winter and she seemed so good and we said we would see her when we returned in April. We have only been neighbors for a couple of years but we really enjoyed seeing her every day working in her gardens. We will certainly miss her. Our heartfelt condolences to the entire family.

Condolence: I am sorry to have read this in the paper. It was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet your mom! What a tribute to her that you were all such great supports to her.

Condolence: My sympathies to your family. I did not know your mother personally, however, my parents, John and Dolly Aldridge spoke very highly of your family. The Aldridge family spent/lived down the lane from your lovely estate for over 100 years. Definitely God's Country. May you draw strength and comfort from the love and friendliness your Mother spread throughtout her life.

Condolence: We are saddened to learn of your dear Mother's passing. We fondly remember her as a most pleasant and charming lady and regarded her as the matriarch of Rosedale, Balsam Lake. We'll miss waving to her as 'Edith' goes by our cottage over the Summer months.

Condolence: Mrs Braniff had lovely gardens and on the few occasions when we met she was always friendly and cheerful. My condolences to her family. I pray that God will surround you with love and wonderful memories to help you on the journey of grief.

Condolence: We would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to everyone in the Braniff family. Claire was definitely the matriarch of this family unit. She was a great Mom. Grandmother & Greatgrandmother to all,and now there is a void ,but everyone will have great memories of the terrific times with her. We certainly knew her as a grand lady. Again our sincere sympathy.
