Condolence: RIP Darryl. We served together in Calgary in RHQ Squadron, Lord Strathcona's Horse (Royal Canadians) from 1988-89, when we deployed on Operational Tour in Cyprus on the UN mission where we worked together in the 60 Recce Troop. As mentioned throughout, you had a huge heart, a great big smile, and a wit and sense of humour which could not be outmatched by anyone. You will be missed terribly and always remembered my friend, you definitely have left us too soon.

Condolence: Darryl we met in 92 in Chilliwack at Base Ops, Range Control. We became great friends, played ball hockey together. Had great fun both at work and Not at work. We were inseparable. You were one of my closest friends even though you were LDSH and was a gunner. We will miss you, you were taken too early. RIP my friend, until we meet again.

Condolence: RIP Darryl. We served together in Calgary in B Squadron, Lord Strathcona's Horse (Royal Canadians) from the mid-1980s to the 1990s, we lived down the hall from each other in the barracks, we deployed on countless military exercises and to Cyprus on a UN mission, were part of the "pop up headlight club" (a group of us all owned cars with pop up headlights), and had many great laughs and excellent times watching movies (especially Top Gun a thousand times), going out on the weekends, and kicking back at Glenmore Park in Calgary. You had a huge heart, a great big smile, and a wit and sense of humour outmatched by no one. You will be missed terribly and always remembered my friend!
