Condolence: Linda and family, my deepest condolences and sympathy. Dave was a great mentor to me during my time in fire prevention at the Toronto Fire Department. Even after I had moved on, I could always call on Dave for advice. Of course, Dave being Dave, he sent me an invoice for "consultation services" which would be followed by a telephone call where he would, in good fun, berate me with that booming voice and gregarious laugh. Dave was one of a kind. Rest in peace friend.

Condolence: Condolence: I'm truly saddened to hear the passing of David. He was a great and passionate man who believed in making a difference both at home and work. He was loved and admired by many people including myself. He will be sincerely missed by many especially in the Fire Service. His inspirational words and work ethics speaks volume to his understanding of life's meaning and purpose. I will always miss those amazing stories he would tell when making his breakfast, the great tomato garden in Scarborough and how proud he was to work the land.....

I will always miss that impressive and charismatic man with the big laugh. Thank you for all the great memories!!

Condolence: D.C. David Craig, with sadness I learned of your passing. In reflection I realized that working for you in Fire Prevention was positive experience...I learned well from you. Wished I had the wisdom back then to have stayed and learned more.

My condolences to all. RIP David.

P.S. I will never forget picking up the little black cat for your daughter and it running all over the car while I was driving back to the office.
