Peacefully at Victoria Manor, Lindsay on Saturday January 24, 2009. Dorothy Hodgson a long time resident of Burnt River was in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Hodgson. Dear mother of David of Burnt River, Brenda and her husband Murray Lush of Bath, Roger and his wife Jo-Ann of Burnt River, Philip of Burnt River, Chris and his wife Beatrice of Burnt River. Loving grandmother of Erica, Chris, Michael, David, Jeffrey, Daniel, Stephen, and the late Gregory and Mark. Dear sister of Bill McCune and his wife Barbara, and predeceased by Phyllis Rayvals, Marguerite Latimer, Eileen Lavier, Elmer and Donald McCune. The family of Mrs. Hodgson will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 8 Princes' St. West, Fenelon Falls on Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday January 27, 2009 at 11 a.m. Interment later at Burnt River Cemetery.
