Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Erma Hanna can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Arlene Dunbar-Pillsworth

Aunt Erma was my mentor. She has guided my life since I was a small child, who was given a special visit every summer holiday to her home for a week or two. The advice, the love, the support and sometimes the 'heck' I got from her, was always backed up with a hug, kiss and love. Aunt Erma was always proud of all her family and we spent many hours together enjoying memories of recent and past events. Her heart was the largest I have ever known and her wisdom simply awed me. I miss the years of picking berries and canning fruit, veggies and anything else that could feed the family as well as learning all the methods to do these things from her. I still use some of her recipes although they don't taste the same as hers did. I truly loved this beautiful special lady and I know that God has a special place for her with his other lambs in heaven. My son David, was always entranced by Aunt Erma and was so fortunate to have had many special times with her and sends his deep sympathies to all our cousins. My Sister Donna (Green) is in Mexico. She lit a candle for Aunt Erma the other day and sends her condolences along as well. God be with you I love you Cousin Arlene xo
