Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Monday, May 16, 2022, in her 101st year.  Freda Bulmer was the beloved wife of the late Milburn Kelly (1987).  Loving mother of Robert Kelly and his wife Isabel Buttler of Minden.  Devoted grandmother to Sadie and Kip Kelly.  Dear sister of Doreen Brush of Welland, and Marlyn McGee of Fenelon Falls, and predeceased by her sisters, Shirley Bunker and Orlee Dowsett.  Remembered by her nieces and nephews.  The family of Freda Kelly will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  A private family service will take place in the chapel.  Interment later at Fenelon Falls Cemetery.  Memorial donations to Community Care, Kawartha Lakes, Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation or Immanuel Baptist Church, Fenelon Falls would be appreciated by the family.
