Condolence: The news of Janet’s passing came with great shock and even greater pain. Life is short enough at its longest. We hope and pray for peace and for comfort for the Dalton family. Janet was immensely supportive at time when we suffered a loss in our own family. She was consistently empathetic and deeply helpful during a very difficult season of life. She was highly sensitive to and concerned with the needs of others. The Dalton family has lost a daughter; the community has lost a pillar; the world has lost a blessing.

Condolence: My sister was many things, smart, funny, reliable, friendly, loving and had many great qualities about her. She had a large number of friends and kept in contact with many people from her past. She was a lover of all living creatures especially dogs. Condolence: Mr. And Mrs.Dalton, Allison, John and all the family, I am overwhelmingly heartbroken for the loss of a wonderful old friend. Janet helped create many fun, event filled and happy memories for not only myself and Chantal but for our entire family. Dressing up in characters for Chantal's parties, skating at Harborfront, Chantal's first concert (B.B. King) at Ontario Place, my Marilyn Monroe framed stamps and all her photography I have from various outings (parks, New York trip etc.), fun nights out dancing to the wee hours, visits to farms, art shows and antique markets, etc. (I could go on and on). Janet will always have a special place in my heart and Chantal and I were so very lucky to have been able to have her in our lives for the time we did. I have always and will always love her no matter the distance between us. She will always be one of my true best friends. Condolence: My friend Her love for adventure! Whether it was photography, music, dressing up or travelling around to local events.....She was always lending a helping hand! She loved getting involved and enjoying her involvement in the community! Janet was quick and witty...We shared countless laughs together! She had such a beautiful smile! Janet would never hold back and would honestly tell you the truth. This is what made her a true friend. She was compassionate about lots of things (including DOGS!)
