Peacefully at home with his family on Tuesday September 27, 2016. Jeff was the loving husband of Michelle Kivell (Moylan) of Fenelon Falls. Dear son of Bob Kivell and his partner Dorothy. Brother of Rick and his wife Yola, Judy and her husband Andy Smele. Predeceased by his mom Margaret Kivell. Remembered by his nieces and nephews and extended family. Missed by his best girl Debit.
