Suddenly at her home on the Burnt River, on Sunday March 13, 2022, in her 80th year. Beloved wife of Douglas Cox for 62 years. Loving mother of Marilyn and her husband Michael Hockey, and Robert Cox. Devoted grandmother of Michelle (Stephen), Erica, Kendra (Logan), Briana, Amber (Shaun). Great grandmother of Joshua, Charlotte, and Evangeline. Dear sister of Betty Ann Finnie and the late Eleanor Dyer. She will be missed by sister-in-laws Barbara (John) and Marilyn (William) and all her nieces and nephews. Funeral service from St. James Anglican Church, 7 Bond Street, East, Fenelon Falls on Thursday March 17, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Burnt River Cemetery.
