DUGGAN, Kelly:
Kelly was born in Toronto on July 17, 1963 and sadly died at Ross Memorial Hospital Lindsay after a long battle with cancer on August 11, 2021 in her 59th year. Beloved mother of Matthew and his partner Jodi, and Kelsey and her partner Kevin. Lovingly remembered by her granddaughter Everleigh, her parents Gene and Sheran Watson, sister Wendy Lightfoot and by her nephew James Lightfoot, husband Murray. Kelly grew up in Burnt River, she settled and raised her family there. She was a seamstress by trade, was an avid quilter, loved gardening, and farming. She loved spending Sundays with her parents and sister. Memorial donations to the Burnt River Community Centre would be appreciated by the family. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes St. West, Fenelon Falls.
