SKITCH, Lawrence Percy:
Graduate of University of Toronto 1952. Long time member of Fenelon Falls United Church. Retired after 32 years of teaching at Fenelon Falls Secondary School. Founding member of Fenelon Falls Tennis Club. Long time curler at Fenelon Falls Curling Club. Many fond memories of Thurstonia Park.

Peacefully after a brief illness at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Sunday October 24, 2010. Larry Skitch in his 81st year was the beloved husband of Shirley Thamer of Fenelon Falls. Dear father of Ken and his wife Paula of Appleton Wisconsin U.S.A., Jeff and his wife Donna of Long Sault. Loving grandfather of Jeffrey Brent Jr., Cindy Struck, and Tom Bates, and his four great grandchildren. Brother of Oscar Skitch of Surrey B.C., and predeceased by Bruce, Gordon, Harold, Norm and Marion. Remembered by his stepson's Steve and Jay and step grandchildren Sean and Jesse. A Celebration of Larry's life will take place at Fenelon Falls United Church, 123 Colborne St. Fenelon Falls on Wednesday October 27, 2010 at 11 a.m. Memorial donations to Fenelon Falls United Church would be appreciated by the family.
