Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, September 18th, in his 84th year. He was surrounded by the love of his partner Heather and their precious dogs, in the home and town that he cherished.  Neal was a much beloved father of Kelly and Dawn and his honorary son, Ed.  Predeceased by his loving parents Walter and Flora and infant brother Ross. At Neal’s request there will be no service. Neal was passionate about his many pets and any donation considered for the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes would be greatly appreciated.  Always know how much you are loved and will be forever missed by your many friends and family who so appreciated you. You always put others ahead of yourself in all that you did.  Rest In Peace Dad, as you rejoin family, friends and your many pets who await you. You deserve a beautiful welcome. See you on the other side
