I had the pleasure of meeting Victor at his residence at 94 Francis St. Victor always made me smile asking if I wanted to race him with his scooter and my car. He always was kind and courteous and had a great outlook on life despite his ongoing everyday challenges.
So sad to hear about his passing. He will be missed. R.I.P. Victor

Shirley (Charlie), Rick,And Stephen (Sherry);
I am truly sorry to hear that Uncle Vic has passed away. I have many, many fond memories that I will cherish. Memories of him driving his car hauler down our side road in Green River, visits to the farm, helping move cattle, rescuing me from the bull pasture, snowmobiling in the pit and the list goes on. Uncle Vic always had a special spot in my heart.
Cherish your memories and he will always be with you.
