Dorothy and family: It seems I've known Doug almost my whole life - when he and Grandpa worked as custodians at the public school when I was a kid, I used to help them sweep the halls with the big floor mops. And of course I remember the visits to the farm with Grandpa and Grandma. Over the years I've had many occasions to talk with Doug - sometimes dropping in if I saw him outside working on one thing or another. He was one of a kind, and he will be missed by many.
