Entered into rest on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. Jeanette Christie in her 81st year was the beloved wife of Grantland Christie (2010). Loving mother of Gordon and his wife Pat Christie, Jan Christie and her husband Richard Fildey and Thomas Christie. Pre-deceased by child Michele Christie. Awesome grandma to Terra and her husband Logan Niehaus and Paul Christie and great grandma of Henry Niehaus. Jeanette was the oldest of seven siblings. The family of Jeanette Christie will receive friends at The JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE for visitation on Monday, June 20, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
