Peacefully at home in Bexley with his family at his side, on Monday October 13, 2008. Bert Benson in his 64th year was the beloved husband of Heather Benson of Bexley. Dear father of Jeff and his wife Tracey Benson of Head Lake, Mark and his wife Laura Benson of Craighurst. Loving grandfather of Austin, and Rachel, and loving poppa of Bryanna and Savanna. Remember by his mother Josephine Barker and his father the late Frank Benson. Brother of Barb Harrison, the late Jerry Benson, his sister in law Joan Benson, and sister Francie Phillips. The family of Mr. Benson will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 8 Princes' Street West, Fenelon Falls on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Thursday October 16, 2008 at 1 p.m. Interment at Bexley Cemetery.
