When Rick & I moved on to the street, we were fortunate to meet, get to know and enjoy the company of Jeff and Jenny Scott. We will miss Jeff’s helpful, and generous nature, and hearing his boisterous & infectious laugh that could be enjoyed by all within range. His laugh made everyone smile, chuckle, or laugh along when heard, even if Jeff was not in sight.
