HUMPHRIES, Carl C.:

Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Sunday May 4, 2014, with his family at his side. Carl Humphries in his 81st year was the beloved husband of Verna Humphries (nee Wood) for 52 years. Loving father of Robert at home, Kim Humphries and her partner Kevin Vowles of Lindsay. Dear brother of Joice Lamb and her husband Cecil of Oshawa. Fondly remembered by the Lamb and the Wood families. The family of Mr. Humphries will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. West, Fenelon Falls on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Royal Order of the Orange Lodge # 121
are asked to assemble at the funeral home on Friday evening for a service at 6:30 p.m. A Celebration of Carl's life will take place at Fenelon Falls United Church, 123 Colborne St. Fenelon Falls on Saturday May 10, 2014 at 2 p.m. Private family interment of Carl's cremated remains will take place at Verulam Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Fenelon Falls United Church, Ross Memorial Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, or Hospice Kawartha Lakes would be appreciated.
