BROOME, David John:
It is with great sadness that the family of David John Broome announces his passing on, Wednesday April 27, 2016 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 77. Loving father of Bruce(Sandy), Scott(Sandy), and Debbie. Cherished grandfather of Chaselyn, Amber, Brooke and Harley. Survived by his brothers, Wayne(Cheryl) and Paul(Linda). Sadly Dave is pre-deceased by his wife Evelyn; his parents Ross and Hilda; and brothers Donny and William Jr.(Billy). Dave started his career in plumbing in 1966 and worked as a journeyman for the next 48 years where he cultivated many cherished friendships. He enjoyed the last few years of his retirement residing in Fenelon Falls. The family of Dave Broome will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls on Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 1:00 p.m until time of celebration of life at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.
