ALLEN, FERN:

Passed away peacefully in her home with her family by her side on Sunday December 27, 2009. Fern Allen (nee Wood) in her 58th year was the beloved wife and best friend of Harmon (Pug) Allen, wonderful Mother of Dawn (Michael) Spencley and Natalie (Ken) Rosevear, adoring Nana to her two grandchildren Avery and Gregory Spencley. Survived by her siblings Barbara Fletcher, Susan Wood, Timothy Wood, Tami Hodgson, and David Wood and the late Barry Wood. Remembered by her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. The family of Fern Allen will receive friends at Shiloh Christian Centre, 320 County Road 8, Fenelon Falls on Thursday December 31, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by Celebration of Fern's life at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to Toronto General Hospital Multi Organ Transplant Program 1-877-846-4483 would be appreciated by the family.
