Francis Barkley "Frank"  Dyon
WWII Veteran, Royal Canadian Signal Corps. Born Toronto, January 29, 1922, resident of Burnt River, ON. and formerly of Don Mills, ON., passed peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, ON. on January 28, 2009 on the eve of his 88th year, with family at his side. Survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Myra Mary Dyon (nee Weiss). He will be sadly missed by his children, Judy, Susan and Frank and grandchildren, Cayley and Kevin, Ben and Lucas, Naomi and Clayton. The family of Mr. Dyon will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls on Saturday from 2-4 p.m. Funeral service complete in the chapel on Sunday, February 1, 2009 at 1 p.m. Spring interment at Burnt River Cemetery. Memorial donations to Fenelon Falls Salvation Army or Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family.
