Margaret and I were very sorry to read of Ed"s passing, and we offer you, Cameron and Miranda our deepest sympathy. I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Ed over the many years he was with Monarch, during which time he became as much a friend as a client. Ed was always well regarded, and I came to appreciate his quiet sense of humour, his loyalty and his impeccable integrity. I hope that the knowledge that we are thinking of you at this time is of some small comfort in you sorrow.
