Adams: George Leslie - On Thursday March 4, 2004 at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay. George Adams of Lindsay and formerly of R.R.3 Fenelon Falls was in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Hart) Adams. Dear step-father of Clarke Watson and his wife Donna of R.R.2 Cameron. Special poppa of Bryan Watson and his wife Brandy and Melanie Watson all of R.R.1 Fenelon Falls. Great-grandpa to River and Raury Watson. George is survived by his siblings, Bill Adams of Kingston, Madeline Graham of Bjorbork, Saskatchewan, Gavin Adams and his wife Una of Belleville, Aileen and her husband Ed Smith of Bigger, Saskatchewan and pre-deceased by siblings: Ella, John, Archie, Anne, Bob, Albert, Gladys, Nettie, Florence, Chris and Mabel. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. The family of George Adams will receive friends at the Jardine Funeral Home, "Illman-Platten Chapel", 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday March 8th at 1:00 p.m. Interment Fenelon Falls Cemetery. Comrades of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #238 and visiting comrades are asked to assemble at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 3:45 p.m. for a 4:00 p.m. service.
