Entered into rest on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. Gord Carr, formerly of Baddow was in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Kay Carr (1980) and will be sadly missed by his loving companion Isobel Prentice and her family of Hamilton. Dear father of Sheila (Maurice) of Gatineau, Cheryl (Norm) of Lindsay, Stephen of Peterborough, Stewart of Oshawa, Derek (Laura) of Lindsay. Loving grandfather of Tara, Matthew, Allanna, Alexander, Stephen (Lynsee), Kennedy, Matt, Joel, Josh, Montana, Emma and great-grandchildren, Chad, Emma, Brinleigh and Hadley. Dear brother of Lorne (Karen) of Lindsay and pre-deceased by Bessie, Bruce and Ross. The family of Gordon Carr will receive friends at the JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes’ St. W., Fenelon Falls, on Sunday, June 26th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, June 27th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Funeral Celebrant David Wells will officiate.
