Suddenly at home on Thursday, December 19, 2013 in his 86th year. Gordon was the beloved husband of the late Freda Fleming (nee Thain). Dear father of Gordon and his wife Karen of Cameron, Brian and his wife Kathy of Burnt River, Brent and his wife Linda of Birch Point Balsam Lake and Brenda and Rob Harris of Cambridge. Loving grandfather of Angela, Kelly, Krista, Erin, Melissa, Tyler, Evan, Stephen, and Shawn and great-grandfather of eight. Brother of Doreen McDonald, Alex Thain and his wife Dorothy, George and Janet Fleming. Predeceased by Jim Moore, Helen Moore, Marjorie, Mary Fitchett, Jean and Mal, Walter and Muriel. Remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. The family of Mr. Fleming will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W, Fenelon Falls on Monday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at 11:00 am. Interment at Fenelon Falls Cemetery. Memorial donations to Meals on Wheels, Fenelon Falls would be appreciated by the family.
