Suddenly, at home, on Wednesday, January 2, 2008, Harry Pearson, at the age
of 90. Beloved husband of Margaret Smith-Pearson (nee Miller) and the late Eileen Pearson (nee LePage) Beloved father of Nancy Pearson and Susan Perhinski and predeceased by Barbara Brownridge. Lovingly remembered by his son-in-law Bill Brownridge (Linda). Loving Grandfather of Will, Dan, Janice and Craig. Proud-Great-Grandfather of Skylar and Trent. Fondly remembered by his many friends. After serving with the Royal Canadian Air Force “Moose” Squadron 419 during the war, Harry returned to his work in the grocery business, owning his own store before beginning a career with Dominion Stores. Among his many interests, Harry was an avid stamp collector and model train enthusiast. A service of remembrance will be held at the Church of the Epiphany, 700 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception. Interment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Donations made in memory of Harry to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by his family. Another service and reception will be held at Knox United Church in Coboconk at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 8 Princes Street, West, Fenelon Falls.
