Condolence: Dear Lois, Debbie, Joanne, Doug and John's grandsons,

I am so sorry for your loss. John was one of the most decent human beings that I had the pleasure and privilege of knowing for over 30 years. As his nephew Brian always said, "John had a heart of gold who would have given you the shirt off his back."

I don't think I will ever watch a Leaf game again without thinking fondly of him.

He will be sorely missed by all who knew him and loved him.
