Unexpectedly but peacefully while recovering from a stroke, with his family at his bedside, at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Saturday, November 1, 2008. John Walsh a "young" 85 was the beloved husband of the late Barbara Anne Walsh (nee Dafoe). Dear father of Elaine (Jim) Lush, Marie (Tim) Jenkins, Jeanette (John) Holder, Andrea (Phillip) Antoniow, and Christopher. Sadly missed by his eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and predeceased by his granddaughter Jennifer Holder. The family of Mr. Walsh will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 8 Princes' Street West, Fenelon Falls on Saturday November 8, 2008 from 1 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Interment in the spring at Fenelon Falls Cemetery.
