Dear Barb and Blair, I was so saddened and shocked when I read the notice in the paper. My deepest sympathies to you both and your family. I always enjoyed Ken's visits to our office (Dr. Hacker's) when he would stand at the counter and tell me the most interesting stories. My thoughts are with you at this most difficult time.
