Dear Pat, How sorry I was to read of your mom's death. I met your parents in 1976 when I went to Leslie Frost School to teach. Your dad was like everyone's grandfather and we all loved him. Your mom would send us her shortbread cookies each Christmas - which we all loved. Your dad knew I loved her pickled beets and he always would bring me a jar of those wonderful treats! I have only fond memories of both your parents - who are finally reunited after these last 10 years. May you rest easier just knowing that they are together and watching over you from Heaven.
