Condolence From: Barb & Jerry Jenkinson
Condolence: Our condolences to the family of Margaret Johnston. We have had the pleasure of knowing Margaret for a great number of years along with a number of her children. She lived a long life which was difficult in the past year but she always remained herself, a quiet reserved person who always looked like she really enjoyed life to the fullest. The last time we had a talk with her was when she was over in Rama and Jerry teased her about all her winnings....she just smiled her sweet smile and chuckled. I would often see "Margie" as I called her on the street walking along with her cane greeting everyone who knew her. She told me how good all her children were to her in taking care of her when she needed them. We know that you all have such wonderful memories of your Mother and they will sustain you during this very difficult time of loss. She certainly was one of the Grand Ladies of Fenelon Falls and will be greatly missed around the village by people who knew her. Barb and Jerry Jenkinson

Condolence: Margaret Johnston was always being a great mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. I'm one of her great granddaughter. I always enjoyed visit her at her home and spent with her at our annual family Christmas party in Fenlon Falls. One of my favorite memories with her is at every time when my sisters and I visit her, she would take us out for a walk to small ice cream store near her home to treats us some ice cream. She will be sorely missed by us. You will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace. Love you.
