On Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. Marien (nee Russell) Telford Holden of Fenelon Falls was in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Percival George Telford (1976) and the late Roy Holden (1995). Loving mother of Ken Telford and Madeline, Jim Telford and his wife Margaret all of Bobcaygeon, Joyce and her husband William Dudman of Burnt River, Gail and her husband Don Hildenbrand of Lindsay, Larry Telford and his wife Nancy also of Bobcaygeon and Tom Telford of Peterborough. Marien had a special relationship with all her grandchildren. She will be forever remembered by: Brian and Shannon Telford, Sandra and Peter Dodsworth, Darlene Telford and Lawny, Teresa and Kevin Beggs, Sherry Telford and Marcelino Entzin Lopez, Jason and Suzanne Telford, Jerry and Pamela Dudman, Katherine and Tony Crego, Ray and Jocelyn Hildenbrand, Heather Hildenbrand, Scott Hildenbrand, Michelle and Scott Elder, Trina and Stephen Connell, Amanda Randall as well as 29 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild who was born June 11th. She is pre-deceased by her sister, Fern Elliott and brothers Lloyd, Henry and Gilbert Russell. The family of the late MARIEN TELFORD-HOLDEN will receive friends at the JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls, on Friday, July 1st from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Satuday, July 2nd at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Michelle Brotherton will officiate. Interment Verulam Cemetery in Bobcaygeon.
