I remember having lunch with Marj one day a year or so ago at Hellen's, and she told me a story about a trip she and Merv made to BC a number of years ago, and how they met John Wayne and his wife Pilar walking down the steps of the hotel at which they were staying. It was a wonderful recounting of a memorable moment for them both, and she went on to tell me of the wonderful trips that they had been on together. I thought a lot of both Merv and Marj - great people, who were fine members of our community. Praise to God that they are together once more, and we who are left can find solace in our memories of those two wonderful people. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you now.
