Suddenly at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Thursday March 31, 2011. Mary Shaughnessy in her 81st year was the beloved wife of the late Reginald McConnell (1998). Dear mother of the late Tim McConnell (1986), Margaret and Drew Burgess of Bowen Island B.C., Colleen and Garf Kennedy of Bobcaygeon, Marianne and Don Dupont of Chilliwack, B.C. , Mark and Ann McConnell of Fenelon Falls. Dear grandmother of nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Survived by sisters Rita Foley, and Joyce Noble. Remembered by her nieces and nephews. The family of Mrs. McConnell will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. West, Fenelon Falls on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial Mass at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 41 John Street, Fenelon Falls on Wednesday April 6, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment later at Fenelon Falls Cemetery.
