Cross: Burrell Henry - Suddenly with the Lord from his home in Norland, Sunday evening December 1, 2002. Burrell Cross, in his 89th year, was the dear husband and his best friend of 13 years, Winnie Steacy-Greene. He was pre-deceased by his first wife Irene Hyndman in 1986. Burrell will also be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his daughter Rona Mcfarlane (Jim) of Ottawa, and sons Winston (Joan) of Fenelon Falls and Burrell (Bonnie) of Frederickton NB. Burrell will also be fondly remembered by his step-son Ronald Greene (Doreen) of Brockville. He was a wonderful and caring grandpa to twelve grandchildren: Debra, Jamie, Kathy, Scott, Pam, Joy, Vicki, Cindy, Joel, Jared, Jesse, Jenna and 14 great-grandchildren. Burrell, son of Vernal and Corabelle, was born and raised in Lansdowne and will be remembered by his many friends there and from areas which he pastored as well as the Norland area to which he retired. Friends are invited to visit at Shiloh Christian Centre, County Road 8, Fenelon Falls on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service on Thursday December 5, 2002 at the church at 1:00 p.m. with visitation prior. Interment Pinegrove Cemetery, Norland.
