Condolences

Condolence From: maureen slater
Condolence: I have known Rev Fairley for years. My mother and I used to clean the Presbyterian church in fenelon falls for several years. i always enjoyed talking with him. He was always down to earth. My mother Glenys slater died in 2003 and my father passed away in July 2010. I was surprised to see his notice in the paper. If he had had a service the place would be overflowing.

Condolence From: Lillian Macintyre
Condolence: To the Fairley Family:

Please accept this note of condolence. I have just heard of Rev Fairley's passing. I am not sure if you remember the Macintyre family? Your parents knew my parents, of course, the common thread was being Scottish. I remember your mother with her red hair, the cards and her warmth of personality. Your father was of great support to me when my husband passed away in 1990. He just seem to know when to show up at the hospital or at my parents house. Your father always amazed me when he was quoting the scriptures.... no notes, no cheat cards. The words just seem to flow with ease. I consider myself one of the lucky ones to have known your father (and Mother). Please remember you are one of the lucky ones, you had great parents. Our parents are probably in heaven now reminiscing Glasgow and what use to be where on Argyle Street... Warm regards

Lil
