I am very sorry to hear the news about Bob. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
I worked with Bob at Bristol-Myers Squibb. I have attached a picture of us at work in 2001. He was a wonderful friend and co-worker….always smiling and happy about life. I will miss him. May he rest in peace.

Like so many others, I was saddened to hear this.

Bob Murray was an exceptional friend of my fathers. I knew him as " Uncle Bob". Bob and Kora for years opened their home to my brothers and I and treated us like there own. . I will always remember him as a loving, wise, gentle , and caring soul who was always smiling and telling jokes. He brought much happiness to those who knew him.
My deepest condolences to all of you

Bob was the "Older Brother" I did not have . I could call him anytime for advice , venting and just a good laugh ( it will be the laugh I will remember for sure ) . I will always remember Bob, along with my other "Older" male cousins, having a great time at family weddings and get togethers and that they would slip me a fortified coke under my Dad's nose ( but my Dad said he knew ) when I was a teenager. Bob was always willing to talk with everybody and was the life of the party! He could always be counted on to help anybody in need without any questions. Barb and I will always remember the good times we had with Bob, Kora and the rest of the Murray/Millar clans. Barb feels very fortunate that she had a chance to visit with Bob, Kora and Sarah on her recent visit to Ontario. For Barb and I, Bob was and will always be a very special part of our lives!
Rest in peace Cuz!
Ron / Ronnie / Woody - whatever you like! I answer to them all!

Bob was a great neighbour within our Balsam Lake community ….. always with a smile and always took the time to chat with you when passing bye his driveway while on our many walks ….. often kidded about being the 'unofficial mayor' of Balsam because he seemed to know everyone …. a past president of our Balsam Lake South Bay Cottagers Assoc. …… his humour and presence will be missed by all.
