Peacefully with family at her side at Fenelon Court Long Term Care, on Monday, April 7, 2014 in her 93rd year. Wife of the late Murray McNevan (1997). Dear daughter of the late Tom and Bertha Patten. Loving mother of Linda and her husband Gerald Isaac and Gail and her husband Derwyn Welch all of Fenelon Falls. Cherished grandmother of Sandra and her husband Kevin Rogers of Burlington, Johnny Welch and his wife Andrea of Calgary, Jeffrey Isaac and his wife Laura of Kitchener, and Patti-Jo and her husband Brian Norris of Fenelon Falls. Great-grandmother of Julie, Jordyn, Madison, Paige, Ryan and Anna. Shirley is predeceased by her siblings: Olive Wray, Cora Lamb, Bernetta Norris, Helen Junkin, Margaret Johnston and Mary Junkin. The family of Shirley McNevan will receive friends at the JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes, St. W., Fenelon Falls, on Thursday, April 10th from 1:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment later at Fenelon Falls Cemetery.
