RAVEN: Vernon Arthur

Peacefully on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at Victoria Manor in his 91st year. Pre-decesed by his wife Vera Jewitt (fifty seven years) and Sally McKenzie ( three years). Dear father of Sandra and her husband John McCleary, Grant Raven and his wife Carol and Harold Raven and his wife Valerie. Sadly missed by his grandchildren: Callie and Al, Tim and Cathy, Christine and Peter, Craig and Lorna, Karen and Glen, and Carol. Great-grandfather of Alex, Danielle, Kathryn, Carolyne, Christopher, Shelby, Paige, Adam, Mark, Kaitlyn, Megan and Brooke. Lovingly remembered by his brothers Ken and Stan Raven and sister June Cross as well as other family members and friends. The family of Mr. Raven will receive friends at St. James Anglican Church, 19 Bond Street East, Fenelon Falls, on Thursday, June 19th from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Interment later at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
