The neighbourhood will not be the same. Wayne was an incredible neighbour that looked out for everyone. We always said he should have been a radio announcer because of his raspy voice. It is heartbreaking to know we will not see that smile, hear that laugh or his voice anymore. He will be truly missed. To Pam our hearts go out to you and your family. He was taken way too soon.
