I wanted to send my sincere condolences on the loss of a truly remarkable man. It was my privilege to have gotten to know Bill (even if only just a little bit). I am one of the many nurses who was honoured to be able to look after Bill. Bill was an extraordinary man who had always had a smile and a kind word. He had a way about him that was truly unique. He was always more worried about everyone else. I will miss his smile and his gentle presence and his wonderful sense of humour. Starr, my thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
