Peacefully in his sleep at Fenelon Court Long Term Care on Sunday May 21st, 2006. Doug Goddard in his his 90th year was the beloved husband of Betty Goddard of Rosedale for 66 years. Dear father of Melvin and his wife Joan Goddard of Fenelon Falls. Loving grandfather of Michael and Allison. Remembered by one brother and four sisters. Brother in law of Mary and her husband Richard England, and his nieces, nephews and cousins. The family of Mr. Goddard will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 8 Princes St. West Fenelon Falls, on Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service from St. James Anglican Church, 19 Bond St. East, Fenelon Falls on Friday May 26 at 11 a.m. Interment at Fenelon Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Ross Memorial Hospital, C.N.I.B. or the Lung Assoc. would be appreciated by the family.
