Condolence: There are few men who remain on this earth who exude the love he had for his wife. Every time he spoke of "his girl" Betty there was an unmistakable sparkle in his eye. Condolence: Dear Betty & Family, I was very sorry to hear about Doug. Although I only met him once, I was impressed by all the things he had done in his life. Between raising a family, operating a successful Machine Shop, running for Mayor of Scarborough and building the Bette Belle, he was one busy fellow! From the several conversations I had with you, it was apparent that you had a happy life together and he had "a life well lived". May he rest in peace.
