The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Gregory Barrington can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I am greatly saddened by the loss of such a caring and sharing person. Greg's heart was open to all things that lived and felt that all living things should be treated with love and respect. I saw first hand the gift that he had and shared with some troubled youth. I would stand back watching in amazement as he worked his magic with the trouble horses and troubled youth getting them to help each other. Learning to trust in each other and at the same time helping to heal their wounds. Greg was a gift to the universe and those who were fortunate enough to share time with Greg can take what they learned and appreciate that that time enriched their lives. He will be truly missed by all. Love, Light and Blessings to you Karen and your extensive family! You too are a blessing!

Condolence: I remember Greg with great fondness...we played ball in the fan field...road hockey all fall...and ice hockey on his fathers ice pond in the winter...we learned to drive a standard shift on a farm in Monastary and likely left the clutch in the same field we used...that he was so well thought of is no surprise to me ...Greg was genuine and a good friend to many in his youth...I believe he did no more than build on the example of his father Harry to make such a mark in his life's journey...his father was and is one of the most outstanding persons I met in my own journey...Greg had a lot to live up to...there is no expiry date on good memories...they last a lifetime...I was better for the shared experience with Greg as we grew up in a wonderful town...my sincere condolences to his family both original and married...in small measure I share in your loss but very likely we were better for having Greg...I am always amazed how spread out we all are from home but our youth and the people who shared it never leave you...Lawrence Currie and Family

Condolence: Karin and Family,
We were very sorry to hear of Greg's passing. Although it's a long time since we've spent time together, we all have found memories of Uncle Harry, Aunt Googie and all the kids at family gatherings.

It is obvious that Greg was a loving father, grandfather, son, and brother, and a truly giving, caring and special man. We are sorry we can't attend the services but you and your family are definitely in our thoughts and prayers.

Cousins, Theresa, Bill, Gippy, and Ann Marie (Aunt Hilda's Family).
