Maryann & family, Milly & I were devastated to hear from Natalie about George. I had been watching Baynews9 out of Tampa and knew about the plane crash but no names had been released. Just seeing his picture in this book of memories reminds us of just how big a part of our lives George was. When I think of all the good times in Rotary, singing Willie Nelson songs at the top of our lungs at the crack of dawn in some convention hotel, all the good times we had boating, and all the great times we had just hanging out together, it saddens us to know that it will never be the same again but we will, just as you will, carry on with the support of those memories. I still remember the first time I met both of you, discussing attendance issues at FFSS. There has been a lot of water under that bridge since then. Our thoughts are with you and the whole family, and we will see you when the snow melts. Love, Milly & Deane
